Smoke Prayer Oil

Inspired by the role sacred smoke holds in my Native practice, this oil is individually consecrated through prayer and a traditional smoke ceremony before it leaves my hands. As the smoke rises, so do the prayers offered over each bottle asking that spiritual heaviness be carried away, balance be restored, and space be made for protection, peace, and blessings to enter.

The fan used throughout the ceremony is one I hold close to my practice, adorned with turkey feathers to carry and guide the smoke, coyote fur to honor resilience, adaptability, and the wisdom to navigate life’s changing paths, and a muskrat skull and jaw as a reminder that even the smallest among us possess great strength, perseverance, and the ability to create a home where life can flourish. Together, they accompany each prayer, helping carry the intentions placed within every bottle.
